Infusing terpenes sets Intervene CBD apart from other CBD products.

Terpenes In CBD Boost Effectiveness For Targeted Relief

Cannabinoids show cell activity in the microgram range. But Terpenes are far more active and potent with activity in the nanogram range. In other words, one thousand percent greater.

Plant-based compounds, long used in holistic, traditional medicine, are finding their place alongside Western Medicine and are essential sources for the development of new pharmaceuticals.

CBD Earth’s Sustainable Wellness Plan

Whether you’re looking for pain relief, improved sleep, or mood enhancement, Intervene CBD Plus can fine-tune and focus the capability of CBD to reach and relieve symptoms.

For instance, if you’re dealing with chronic pain, a CBD product with high levels of caryophyllene would be particularly beneficial.

We enhance our Full Spectrum CBD capsule formulations not only with the addition of active terpenes,  but we are able to include medicinal herbs and plant compounds for their therapeutic contributions.

A more Holistic Approach to health and well-being.

CBD, Terpenes, And Medicinal Herbs Nature’s Holistic Healing Synergy

What are Terpenes and Why Are They Important?

Terpenes and Cannabinoids need each other, acting together synergistically to enhance the benefits of each. This reaction is often referred too as the Entourage Effect.

Lavender is known for its soothing, relaxing abilities and produces the terpene Linalool.

Myrcene, calming and antioxidant, is extracted from Ylang-Ylang and Wild Thyme.  We love both terpenes and put a little extra of each into our Quiet Rest tincture.

Lemons, with their bright zest, produce the terpenes Citronellol and Limonene, uplifting and mood elevating. Both are in our Creative Uplift tincture.

From the forest, a-pinene provides neuro-protective support and b-Caryophyllene found in black pepper and oregano gives its anti-inflammatory benefits. Both terpenes are included in Balanced Well-Being.

The Entourage Effect

Studies suggests that the small amounts of THC in the Hemp plant contribute in an important way to the overall health benefits of CBD by acting and reacting with the terpenes, cannabinoids and all the other plant compounds.

Though exacly how this works is not yet fully understood,  this interaction seems to increase the therapeutic benefits of the Hemp plant so that the medicinal impact of all the compounds working together is greater than any single compound acting alone.

For this reason, we use Full Spectrum Hemp Extract for our CBD Oil tinctures and Capsules that have the full plant profile as Nature intended.
